Your privacy is important to Hadlo Technologies, LLC (Hadlo, we, us). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we collect it, and how it is used, disclosed, transferred and safeguarded. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website (Site) and our Hadlo Customer Portal. Information collected through the Customer Portal is used only to provide the service for which the client has engaged Hadlo. Legal notice
In certain situations Hadlo may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet law enforcement requirements. We may also disclose personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
If Hadlo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets that affects this Privacy Policy, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership, uses of your personal information, and the choices you may have. We may also disclose your personal information to a third party with your prior consent.
Information we collect
The types of personal information users of our Site or Customer Portal may submit include:

- Account identifiers, such as username, account number, or password.
- Information about your business, such as company name, Tax Identification Number (TIN), business type, and business contact information.

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
In providing voice services, Hadlo receives Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) as defined by the FCC. Hadlo protects CPNI in accordance with applicable law, uses it to provide, bill, and support the services and to protect against fraud and unlawful use, and does not sell CPNI.
Log files
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. This may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider, referring and exit pages, the files viewed on our Site, operating system, date and time stamp, and clickstream data, used to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the Site.
Tracking technologies
Hadlo and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track movement around the website, and gather aggregate demographic information about our user base. You can control cookies at the browser level; disabling them may limit certain features of the Site or services.
The Customer Portal collects information under the direction of our customers, and Hadlo has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes on their behalf. If you are a customer of one of our customers and no longer wish to be contacted by them, please contact that customer directly. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our customers.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once received, and have implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, or misuse. No system can be completely secure, and a risk remains that unauthorized access, hardware or software failure, human error, or other factors may compromise the security of information.
Retention
We may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
